JOB OVERVIEW

Aimpoint Realty Group is a real estate team within Keller Williams Metropolitan located in Bedford, NH. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to support our team’s daily operations and help deliver a smooth, efficient client experience. This role begins with essential administrative and transaction-focused tasks, with opportunities to take on larger system improvement projects as your experience grows. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn about the real estate industry.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
  • Cell phone (must be responsive to agent and client calls/texts/emails during working hours)
  • High speed internet access at home (once eligible for hybrid remote)
  • Completion of Keller Williams Keller Personality Assessment (KPA)
  • Proficiency & Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
  • Proficiency & Experience within Google Workspace Products
  • Experience with CRM’s/Database management
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold others accountable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • If not a licensed REALTOR®, must be able and willing to successfully obtain a real estate license(team will cover costs of licensing after probationary period)

Preferred Qualifications (Not required, but preference will be given to applicants with any or multiple of the following qualifications):

  • Active real estate license in NH & MA.
  • Experience in operations or business management (real estate background preferred but not required).
  • College degree in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, operations management, project management, accounting/finance, data analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, communications, organizational leadership, or human resource management.
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, content creation, or workflow optimization.
  • Proficiency with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other marketing/branding platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and improving systems.
  • Proficiency with common social media platforms (Facebook/Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Starting rate will vary based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

  • Assist the team with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) tasks, including setting up client searches, entering draft listings, and retrieving listing information for agent appointments.
  • Prepare presentation materials for agent appointments and agreement paperwork for new clients.
  • Manage transaction tasks from contract to close, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Check and respond to team and agent emails daily; monitor and answer the team phone line.
  • Assist with scheduling showings, inspections, and other appointments.
  • Manage agent schedules and send appointment reminders.
  • Update and maintain agent and team databases.
  • Order print materials for appointments, events, or other team-related needs.
  • Assist with mailing campaigns, including preparing letters and mailers.
