With a strong reputation for delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining top-tier listings, we’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead our on-the-ground operations.

JOB SUMMARY

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties, ensuring all listings are guest-ready, staff are well-coordinated, and our high standards are consistently met. You’ll be responsible for managing cleaning and maintenance teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth check-ins, turnovers, and guest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using tech tools like Airbnb, Hospitable, Breezeway, ClickUp, etc.
  • Driver’s license and own reliable transport (if travel between properties is required)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across all properties
  • Schedule and manage cleaners, maintenance teams, and contractors
  • Ensure properties are cleaned, restocked, and guest-ready on time
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards
  • Manage inventory of supplies (toiletries, linen, cleaning products)
  • Coordinate repairs and handle emergency maintenance issues
  • Assist with guest escalations and in-person support if needed
  • Monitor booking calendars to avoid conflicts and optimize turnover times
  • Maintain communication with remote teams and reporting systems
  • Develop and improve operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Onboard and set up new properties into our systems
