JOB DESCRIPTION:

Al Maha is looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager – Catering to oversee the daily operations of our catering services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering and banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of events, efficient workflow, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in catering operations within a hotel, banquet hall, or catering company.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple events and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

• Manage and oversee catering operations, ensuring smooth execution of events and functions.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and logistics teams to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Supervise event setups, service execution, and post-event breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Lead and train staff to maintain high service standards.
