JOB PURPOSE: To strategically plan, direct, and oversee Alpha Plumbing’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role is crucial for optimizing workflows, managing resources, and fostering a positive and growth-oriented company culture. The ops manager will lay the foundation for a clear operational system, in which Alpha Plumbing can continue to scale at 30% + per year.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The hours for this position are generally from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Overtime and weekend responsibilities may be required.
This is an Operational Management job requiring daily attendance to our shop, as well as potential visits to suppliers and vendors, and daily driving responsibilities. Visits to customer’s homes and property will also be required.
Overtime / weekend work may be required and is treated as circumstantial.
Participation in after hours / emergency phone hunt group expected

Pay: $75,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
