Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, NV 89109
Position Title: Manager of Operations
Hours: Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $70,000 a year

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6 months of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Must be onsite in the Las Vegas office.
  • English Fluent, both written and verbal.
  • Types 35 words per minute.
  • High level of work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Proficient in using computers, software, and other relevant tools. (Logics, RingCentra, Tamer and YTEL)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, and accuracy while multitasking.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Stays current with industry trends and advancement.
  • Effective at time-management and organizational skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Manager of Operations to oversee the daily functions and performance of our tax resolution call center. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and productivity across departments, while supporting the company’s mission to deliver outstanding client service and results.
The Manager of Operations will work closely with leadership to implement processes, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. This individual will serve as a key bridge between executive strategy and frontline execution, ensuring that resources, systems, and teams are aligned for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations of the call center to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) across departments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and refine operational processes to increase productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales, client services, and compliance teams to ensure seamless coordination and a high-quality client experience.
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet organizational needs.
  • Support employee training and development programs to enhance operational performance and team effectiveness.
  • Serve as a problem-solver for operational challenges, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  • Report operational results and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
