We are looking for a professional and operational Operations Manager who enjoys working closely with production, people, and daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone motivated by creating structure, improving processes, and being visible and present in the production environment. About the role Overall responsibility for daily production operations and staffing Plan personnel and resources based on production forecasts Ensure efficient operations, quality standards, and delivery performance Coordinate production planning together with sales and logistics Follow up on production KPIs, reporting, and operational performance Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene regulations, and HSE procedures Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across operations and production Support, guide, and develop team leaders and employees Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous leadership experience from production, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments Strong understanding of operations, production flow, quality systems, and HSE Structured, operational, and solution-oriented leadership style Ability to work closely with different personalities in a fast-paced environment Experience with continuous improvement and operational optimization is an advantage Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required Norwegian language skills are considered a very strong advantage What we offer Competitive employment conditions according to Norwegian industry standards Stable and long-term employment opportunities A key operational leadership role with real impact on production and people Close collaboration with management in a practical and dynamic work environment Opportunity to contribute to improvements, structure, and operational development International and collaborative workplace located in Egersund
