Description

The Operations Manager Trainee will undergo structured training to understand the complete process of wedding planning and execution at Anplus. This role will focus on developing managerial and operational skills to ensure smooth coordination across all functions, from preparation to post-event services.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  2. Knowledge of event planning and wedding coordination processes.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools for scheduling and reporting.
  5. Basic understanding of inventory and procurement management.
  6. Communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and vendors.
  7. Problem-solving and decision-making ability in fast-paced environments.
  8. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design, setup, and execution.
  9. Creativity and adaptability to meet the unique requirements of each wedding event.
    Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
    Mature Mid Career Individuals - $3,200
    This Position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in overseeing daily operations related to wedding planning, design, and execution.
  2. Coordinate with different departments (planning, design, decoration, execution, and post-production) to ensure seamless workflow.
  3. Support in scheduling timelines and resource allocation for wedding projects.
  4. Monitor inventory and procurement of wedding-related materials and décor items.
  5. Ensure that event setups meet the company’s standards of quality, creativity, and cultural refinement.
  6. Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and service providers to maintain smooth collaboration.
  7. Assist in resolving operational challenges quickly to avoid delays or disruptions during wedding preparations.
  8. Participate in reviewing post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement.
  9. Maintain compliance with company values of integrity, responsibility, and innovation in every task.
