We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated facilities professional to join our team as a Operations Manager in San Diego. DESCRIPTION The Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and leadership to the Facilities team. The role will lead operational strategies, manage day-to day business functions, and optimize workflows across the organization. They will collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficient and continuous improvement. The role will report to the San Diego Site Leader. This position is required to be on-site Monday through Friday. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years experience related to workplace management, facilities services, and customer service. Extensive knowledge and familiarity with Facilities Services, building functions, and Operations priorities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree preferred Ability to oversee day-to-day operations and team performance and thinks critically and creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations. Comfortable collaborating with all levels of the organization and working cross functionally on a variety of projects. Ability to analyze data and coordinate cross-functionally to promote and maintain a consistent and collaborative workplace. Expertise in verbal and written communication with customers and diverse audiences throughout the organization; Strong organization skills, with familiarity of basic business administration concepts. Skilled in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the team and customers. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in financial management and the ability to develop and maintain a strong vendor network.
