You will oversee Production, Planning, Purchasing,Logistics and Service while building a culture of ownership, continuous improvement andoperational excellence.

What we are looking for:• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, machine building, or in a technicalindustrial environment.• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people.• Experience with ERP systems, production planning, KPIs, and operational budgets.• Fluent in German and English.
