Arche TI is seeking an Operations Manager with strong autonomy, sharp organizational insight, and proven expertise in participatory leadership.
In this strategic role, you will play a key part in aligning organizational transformation initiatives with the company’s overall vision. You’ll be responsible for structuring efficient operational processes, rallying stakeholders around shared goals, and leading the functional team in a culture of collaboration and sustainable performance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing teams.
  • Strong ability to manage strategic relationships with executives, clients, and partners. .
  • Expertise in cultural transformation, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. .
  • Experience advising executive teams and strategic committees is an asset.Familiarity with Odoo is major asset.

Responsibilities
  • Embody and champion the organization’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities, while identifying key issues for both internal and external stakeholders..
  • Deliver consistent, engaging communication that drives alignment and promotes a culture of listening and continuous feedback.
  • Ensure transformation and development initiatives are in line with overall strategic direction.
  • Act as the first point of contact during client escalations, ensuring timely, structured, and solution-oriented responses.
  • Structure, optimize, and oversee organizational processes while fostering collaboration and accountability at all levels.
  • Evaluate operational needs and participate in strategic hiring decisions to support team growth and performance.
  • Lead transformation, integration, and monitoring projects with rigorous management of resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee and improve the employee journey from onboarding to retention, enhancing team engagement and experience
  • Establish performance dashboards to monitor project progress and measure impact.Guide and support functional teams, fostering professional development and consistent high performance, especially during project launches.
