SALARY: $160,000 ANNUALLY + BENEFITS

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead production in a regulated aseptic environment. The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, compliance with strict quality standards, and strong leadership of a production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in a sterile/aseptic manufacturing setting.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time, meeting quality and regulatory standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a production team with clear goals and accountability.
  • Anticipate and resolve operational challenges to maintain efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Support the introduction of new processes and products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (microbiology or related field preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in aseptic or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • 5+ years of management/leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in process validation and production operations.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is an asset.
