Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead customer operations across both Australia and offshore teams, ensuring strong performance, exceptional customer outcomes and operational excellence throughout the lending lifecycle.

• This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with experience in consumer lending environments, particularly across personal lending, asset finance and regulated credit products.
