As Operations Manager, you are the key figure in the daily operations of INK Hotel Amsterdam – MGallery Collection. You will be responsible for the Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping departments and report directly to the General Manager. You will work closely with the department heads of these areas but will step in where necessary to assist yourself. From the 149 hotel rooms to our lively bar and iconic restaurant PRESSROOM, you will ensure everything runs smoothly.
You have a passion for the hotel industry and know how to coach and develop employees. You have experience motivating teams and creating a positive work environment. Hospitality is in your blood, and you know exactly how to provide guests with a fantastic experience from check-in to the final moments of their stay.
With your financial acumen, you can identify commercial opportunities, make proposals for improving results, and ensure optimal budget management. You will monitor spending progress and ensure administrative tasks like approving quotes and managing staff are successfully handled.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Manager to help us make the story of INK Hotel Amsterdam – MGallery Collection even more successful! We will consider the following in your application:

• A completed higher education degree in hotel management
• Around 5 years of experience in an operational role within the hotel industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong financial insight and experience in budget management
• Experience with software systems such as AFAS, Optimo, and MS Office. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus
• Fluency in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with F&B and/or finance and the ability to optimize these departments
