About the Role Operations Manager will support the operations team in driving smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations across Aonic’s retail store and branches in Thailand. This role ensures that daily activities run like a well-tuned drone: steady, reliable, and ready for takeoff. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day retail and branch operational activities to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction. Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance accuracy, and daily operational routines as instructed by the Operations Lead. Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment needs; ensure accurate documentation and reporting. Support implementation of sales and operational strategies developed by the Operations Lead. Coordinate and assist with staff onboarding, training follow-ups, and ongoing coaching to ensure operational readiness. Track and report key operational metrics (sales, stock accuracy, maintenance issues) to the Operations Lead for review. Work closely with sales and merchandising teams to ensure product availability, timely restocking, and proper product display. Liaise with maintenance technician teams to ensure timely repair and upkeep of equipment and retail fixtures. Support resolution of customer issues, escalations, and operational challenges with professionalism. Assist in branch audits, compliance checks, and adherence to retail operational standards and company policies. Contribute insights from field execution to help the Operations Lead refine operating procedures and process improvements. Maintain proper records including inventories, expenses, daily performance logs, and operational discrepancies. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with relevant operational guidelines and laws. About You Bachelor's degree in business, operations, management, or any related field. 5+ years of experience in retail operations, branch management, or store operations supervision. Strong experience managing daily operations, stock control, and team coordination. Knowledge of logistics, inventory flow, or basic procurement processes is preferred. Experience supervising teams or coordinating multi-site operations. Knowledge of drone, tech, or electronics retail is a plus but not required. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to resolve issues quickly and maintain service standards. Good communication and people skills; able to coordinate with staff, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively. Comfortable with frequent travel to upcountry branches to support operations, audits, staff training, and issue resolution.
