Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, guest service excellence, and resolution of guest inquiries or issues - Manage housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards across all guest rooms and public areas - Supervise and support front desk and housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience - Monitor and control departmental budgets, expenses, and inventory - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination - Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to uphold high levels of guest satisfaction - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and hotel policies Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in hotel operations, particularly in front desk and housekeeping management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office Suite - Problem-solving skills and a guest-focused attitude - High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Our hotel fosters a welcoming and collaborative environment where growth and development are encouraged.
