Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Project Managers.
Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support project delivery, bids, and tender submissions.
Coordinate projects from award stage through to successful completion.
Liaise with internal manufacturing teams, logistics and fleet operations, and site installation teams.
Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are achieved or exceeded.
Proactively identify and resolve project delays or operational challenges.
Drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across all operational activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and client requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
