Description

We are a small but growing construction and home remodeling company seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to join our team. This key role will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely communication
  • Ensure projects are adhering to budget and timeline standards
  • Assist with estimating project costs and preparing proposals
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and tracking payments
  • Maintain and update the company CRM system to ensure accurate project and client records
  • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track
  • Support company leadership with operational improvements and process efficiencies
  • Track and report on all company KPI’s

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or a related industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and basic office software
  • Ability to read and understand project plans and scopes of work is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
