Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead geographically dispersed teams, driving contractual performance, quality standards, and financial targets.This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people overcome barriers to employment and achieve sustainable outcomes.You'll have experience leading high-performing teams, managing budgets, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering operational excellence within a target-driven environment. With a proactive, solution-focused approach and strong commercial awareness, you'll be committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for participants, partners, and the communities we serve.In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary of £60,000 to £66,000 per annum (dependent on experience), together with an excellent benefits package including:

• 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and a Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy additional leave)
