• COTC Level 4 and IOSH Safety for Managers (NEBOSH Certificate preferred or willingness to train).
• Proven management experience in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, auditing, and compliance.
• Experience in the waste industry or highly regulated sectors.
• Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex internal policies.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Develop a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Support the Site Manager in achieving budget targets and driving future growth.
• Work with Engineering and third-party suppliers to maintain performance and compliance.
• Lead and support staff development while improving employee engagement.
• Monitor site performance and implement cost-effective improvements.
• Review weekly costs to ensure value for money across services and products.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to manage input/output quality and customer care.
• Lead or support site projects and ensure training and statutory inspections are delivered effectively.
