EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations and distribution management experience in the logistics industry; e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a multinational company and in cross-cultural communication environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency in English (oral and written); Mandarin is desirable.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with outsourced service providers.
  • Proven ability in KPI management and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • High sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities
  • Manage service performance for both warehouse operations and last mile sub-contractors.
  • Closely monitor daily operations of warehouse providers, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Oversee inbound activities including unloading, inspection, and stacking.
  • Manage inventory control, stock management, and value-added services (VAS).
  • Supervise outbound activities including order fulfillment, dispatch, and handover.
  • Support the Chinese Operations team in last mile carrier capacity management; investigate root causes of service failures and propose corrective actions.
  • Handle exception management throughout the end-to-end fulfillment process.
  • Co-develop and implement process optimization initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular SOP reviews with suppliers; perform random checks to ensure team understanding and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to drive consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve both internal and external customer experience.
