Lead end-to-end service delivery for multiple UK Pension and financial operations clients across India delivery

centres.

• Manage 100+ FTEs, owning staffing, workforce planning, leave management and day-to-day operational continuity.

• Drive KPI governance, SLA adherence and client escalation management, keeping reporting standards

consistent with home-site stakeholders.

• Roll out process standardisation and automation initiatives that improve productivity and reduce operational risk.

• Maintain BCP readiness, audit preparedness and process control documentation, including work-from-home

testing and compliance checks.

• Run performance management frameworks covering coaching, recognition, talent retention and career progression

planning.

• Support business transitions and knowledge transfer for new client migrations, and chair operational reviews
