Position: Operations Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
· 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the UAE business setup or PRO services sector
· In-depth knowledge of UAE government processes and licensing requirements (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore)
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and process tracking tools
· Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership:

Supervise and manage daily operations across business setup, renewals, PRO services, and client support teams.

  • Client Onboarding & Experience:

Ensure timely and seamless onboarding of new clients; maintain strong client relationships throughout their business lifecycle.

  • Licensing & Government Coordination:

Liaise with free zones, mainland authorities, and government departments (DED, Immigration, MOHRE, etc.) to process trade licenses, visas, and other approvals.

  • Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of coordinators, PROs, and support staff. Define performance expectations and drive accountability.

  • Process Optimization:

Evaluate existing workflows and implement improvements for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all procedures comply with local regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal and external audits.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

Generate and analyze weekly/monthly reports to track KPIs, client satisfaction, and service timelines. Identify trends and propose improvements.

  • Vendor & Partner Management:

Oversee relationships with external vendors (e.g., typing centers, legal consultants, etc.) to maintain service quality.
