We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager/Branch Head to lead and oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iGaming or trading, with a proven track record in managing teams, optimizing processes, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for the seamless functioning of the branch, ensuring operational efficiency, achieving business targets, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:Branch Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals to achieve operational and sales targets.
Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in operations or branch management within iGaming or trading industries.
Compensation:
