Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to the operations team (Y&W and operations support employees).
• Manage all aspects of Inventory Control
• Manage and deploy operational resources in a manner to ensure all customer and company requirements are met .
• Manage intercompany and customer freight as required.
• Manage maintenance of company facilities and equipment (trucks, forklifts, machinery).
• Manage rental fleet maintenance operation.
• Department cost management, including preparation of annual expense and capex budget for facility operations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
