Description

Broadview Communities, a fast-growing private real estate fund, is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee a national portfolio of manufactured home communities. This role drives home sales, leasing, budgeting, variance reporting, expense control, and home refurb projects, while building scalable systems to grow the business.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven property management experience (multi-site or portfolio-level strongly preferred).
  • Strong track record in home sales, leasing programs, and home refurb projects.
  • Experience bidding, managing, and delivering CapEx projects.
  • Financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and expense control.
  • Elite problem-solving ability: diagnose, prioritize, execute.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multi-site teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to spot trends and enforce accountability.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making under pressure.
  • Relentless bias for action and follow-through.

Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day operations of a national portfolio of mobile home communities.
  • Drive home sales and leasing programs to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and expense control.
  • Manage home refurbishing projects from contractor oversight to move-in readiness.
  • Bid, manage, and oversee CapEx projects to ensure quality execution, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Build and implement scalable operating systems to support growth.
  • Travel 50%+ nationwide to walk properties, lead teams, and ensure results.
  • Translate vision into execution by working side by side with the CEO and COO.
  • Hold property managers and regional teams accountable to KPIs and financial outcomes.
  • Identify inefficiencies, remove bottlenecks, and deliver measurable growth.
