JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a hands on position treating lawns and completing lawn estimates. Lawn care experience is helpful, but we will train a motivated person. Looking for a qualified candidate to help us grow a new branch, ultimately managing production crews performing fertilization and weed control. The qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:

• 2 years’ experience as lawn care technician
• A willingness to follow company guidelines and policies
• Great work ethic and an appreciation for the details
• Integrity, honesty and a willingness to put our clients first

• Treating lawns, providing customer service, and handling requests for estimates.
• Ensure that we have timely completion of customer service requests, accordance with company guidelines
• Complete visits to client’s properties to complete work in accordance to company guidelines
• Follow all paperwork through and facilitate the training and accountability of other department
