What You’ll Do (aka your superpowers)

  • Project Coordination: Oversee day-to-day operations — scheduling jobs, crews, and materials so projects stay on track.
  • Crew Leadership: Support and manage installers/painters so they’re set up for success (and held accountable).
  • Customer Experience: Be the calm, clear voice when issues pop up — keeping homeowners happy.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and fix small issues before they become big ones.
  • Reporting: Track job costs, progress, and timelines — keep leadership in the loop.
  • Continuous Improvement: Spot inefficiencies and help us build systems that make work smoother.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in operations, project management, or construction-related work (flooring/painting a plus, but not required).
  • Natural organizer who thrives on making chaos look easy.
  • Comfortable being the go-to person — people look to you for answers.
  • Tech savvy: CRM, scheduling software, spreadsheets don’t scare you.
  • A mix of toughness + people skills: you can hold crews accountable and keep customers happy.
