With BuildCam expanding nationally, we are seeking a strong people leader and operations professional to oversee day-to-day service delivery and support the next stage of our growth. About the Role The BuildCam Operations Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of BuildCam services, including customer service, field operations, installation teams, logistics coordination, and stock control. This leadership role is essential to service quality, operational efficiency, and the performance of the BuildCam division. You will lead our Customer Specialist, Technicians, and Installers to ensure safe, professional, and timely service delivery while driving continuous improvement in partnership with the General Manager.
