Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and support the effective running of six care services across the North Powys region. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring high standards of care, compliance with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) regulations, and delivery of excellent outcomes for the people we support.
As Operations Manager, you will be accountable for driving quality, performance, and continuous improvement across multiple sites. You will lead and inspire service managers, ensuring operational efficiency and a culture of compassion and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across six care services in the region.
  • Ensure all services are fully compliant with CIW regulations and organisational policies.
  • Deliver high-quality care and support that meets the needs of individuals and promotes independence, dignity, and choice.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop service managers, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Monitor performance, budgets, and resources to achieve sustainable outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, regulators, and partner organisations.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice across the region.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
