The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of the Actuarial Hub office. This includes overseeing infrastructure setup, support hiring and onboarding local staff, establishing workflows and performance metrics, and ensuring smooth coordination with headquarters. The successful candidate will ensure that the Actuarial Hub meets its service level objectives, operates within budget, and maintains high employee engagement and customer satisfaction. The position will also manage recruitment, ensure HR compliance, and enhance employee development and retention. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational, HR and interpersonal skills who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments in a multi-national setup. This role will have a small local management team reporting directly, and a larger functional team which reports to respective global functions.
