Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to build, qualify, and grow a strong sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed sales targets while driving consistent revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new opportunities with distributors, retailers, and installer partners.
Conduct regular follow-ups, visits, and technical-commercial discussions with channel partners.
Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with customer requirements.
Prepare timely updates and performance reports for management.
