Role: Operations Manager
Pay range: $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience and skill set
Location: This hybrid position is based in NYC, with three in-office days each week at our Bronx inventory and fulfillment location. The remaining days may be worked remotely, offering flexibility while supporting close collaboration with our operations team. Candidates must reside in or be able to reliably commute to the NYC area. Occasional travel to client sites may be required for hardware deliveries, setup, or quality assurance checks.
Reports to: Head of Operations
Supervises: Part-time assembly and fulfillment support staff
What’s driving this hire: As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented teammate who can take ownership of our inventory and fulfillment operations while also supporting broader business operations across departments. This role will act as a key right-hand to the Head of Operations, managing supply chain logistics while also helping drive process improvements, special projects, vendor coordination, and internal documentation. We see this person as a force multiplier: someone who’s not just executing, but helping us scale smarter.
