Your mission is to protect and sustain the operational excellence of the restaurant while the owner focuses on creative direction and strategic growth.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & SERVICE FLOW

• Ensure all dining and to-go operations maintain a high standard of service (20% avg tip)
• Be present during peak shifts to support the team and troubleshoot in real-time (peak holidays)
• Collect, review, and respond to guest feedback to uphold brand reputation (turn complaints into praises)
