SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree or higher in relevant discipline
• Child & Family service leadership experience
• Skilled in reflective practice models such as TCI and CALM
• Strong project, coaching, and facilitation skills

Support Child & Family teams to embed therapeutic practice, ensure service excellence, and strengthen collaboration. Drive consistency and quality outcomes for children, young people, and families through evidence-based frameworks.

KEY DUTIES

• Lead teams and drive collaboration
• Embed therapeutic and reflective practices
• Identify and fix service gaps and risks
• Lead policy and practice improvements
