Role Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager or a person who can demonstrate they have transferable skills to manage operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all operational aspects of the organisation, reviewing their effectiveness and processes to improve and develop where appropriate. This includes;
Operational planning and development
IT & telephony
Premises and facilities
Health and safety
Risk management
HR.
This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth running of the organisation. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer to ensure operational functions are managed well and enable the organisation to deliver an efficient, effective and forward thinking advice service.
