Citizens Advice has been operating in Denbighshire since 1949. Citizens Advice Denbighshire came into existence in September 2005 after merging the then existing services in the North and South of the County. We are a busy service operating throughout Denbighshire with 2 main offices. Our premises are in Rhyl and Denbigh where staff are based, we also operate in-person triage advice services at these sites and at Outreach locations and events across the County.
The role
We are seeking an organised and forward-thinking Operations Manager to join our management team at Citizens Advice Denbighshire. This role replaces our longstanding Project and Performance Manager post and reflects a modernised and strategic approach to our service delivery. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth running of multiple advice projects, staff supervision, and the accurate reporting of performance metrics. You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other managers to deliver efficient, compliant, and impactful services in one of Wales’s most socio-economically challenged regions.
The successful candidate will be: A self-starter able to work well under pressure with minimum supervision. Committed to quality improvement with experience of formal quality systems.
