Description
Enjaz Consultancy is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) business. The successful candidate will ensure efficient case processing, strict regulatory compliance, seamless cross-departmental coordination, and the delivery of exceptional client services. This role is critical in scaling operations, maintaining compliance with international CBI/RBI regulations, and ensuring smooth collaboration between Legal, Sales, Compliance, Finance, Client Relations, and Government Liaison teams. ​ Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operational workflows for CBI/RBI applications, from client onboarding to final approvals and passport issuance. Coordinate effectively across internal departments including Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Client Relations. Ensure full compliance with CBI/RBI program regulations, government requirements, and KYC/AML procedures. Lead, train, and manage operations, case processing, and administrative teams. Develop, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal workflows. Supervise CRM and case management systems to ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow efficiency. Serve as the escalation point for complex operational or client-related issues. Support strategic initiatives, new program launches, and business expansion efforts. ​ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Law, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within: Citizenship or Residency by Investment programs Immigration consultancy Legal, financial services, or other regulated professional services Proven experience in managing multi-jurisdictional, compliance-heavy operations. Strong team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of CBI/RBI programs and application workflows. Excellent organizational, planning, and process-management skills. Strong leadership and people-management capabilities. High attention to detail and compliance orientation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM and case management systems. Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to regulatory changes.
