As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our business expansion through leading the local team and building strong, long-term partnerships with clinical research organizations and medical institutions. Job Description Builds and sustains long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients (sponsors and CROs). Builds and sustains long-lasting relationships with Investigators and Medical Institutions representatives Assesses feasibility of research protocols based on knowledge and experience and in accordance with designated criteria to select the most suitable studies for the clinical site. Supervises the conduct of clinical trials in accordance with ICH GCP, applicable regulations, procedures, and protocols, by monitoring the safety of patients, completeness of research documentation and proper study conduct. Monitors individual stages of budget negotiations and research timelines. Set up meetings with Investigators, pharmaceutical and CRO companies' representatives to present business opportunities and benefits of cooperation with Milestone One. Assist the Marketing team in preparation of promotional materials. Attend medical/pharmaceutical conferences, and training workshops as required. Qualifications University degree in life sciences Minimum 5 years of a clinical on the job experience, in a leadership position at a CRO or SMO Fluent use of local language, at least C1 level of English Proficiency in MS Office Valid driver’s license Excellent communications and presentation skills Excellent Management Skills Effective problem solving and result oriented Accountable Additional Information If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a developing company with true focus on its people, then Milestone One is the right choice for you!
