Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily operations including trucking, shipping, receiving and equipment rentals.
  • Ensure a safe work environment for all employees and customers, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement efficient operation operational strategies to drive productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maintain branch inventory, minimizing loss due to fraud, quality issues, or miscounts.
  • Collaborate with the Area Operations Manager to develop forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
  • Resolve customer and employee issues promptly and professionally
  • Support sales objectives by ensuring timely and accurate product delivery and service execution.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment condition, and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in community engagement networking to enhance the company’s reputation.
