Expected Starting Wage: $56,500 - $60,000 Salary
The Operations Manager ensures contract fulfillment for all clients, implements continuous training for the operations department, supervises and mentors the Operations team and line-level employees.

Responsibilities
  • Professional communication providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence in escalated and complex situations.
  • Ensure site-level contract fulfillment by overseeing daily execution, staffing, equipment needs, and service delivery at assigned locations.
  • Cover open shifts as needed when all scheduling options—bench officers, overtime, or shift adjustments—have been exhausted, until replacement staff is secured to maintain client obligations and operational continuity.
  • Lead and support Site Supervisors and Site Leads, enforcing SOP compliance, coaching professional conduct, and holding teams accountable to company standards.
  • Work in the field at least one weekend per month to connect directly with security officers, Site Leads, and Site Supervisors — reinforcing operational standards, promoting a positive working environment, and gaining firsthand insight into site conditions and personnel performance.
  • Oversee and manage scheduling needs in coordination with the Scheduling Supervisor to ensure all assigned posts are accurately staffed in alignment with client expectations, operational capacity and real time activity.
  • Collaborate with HR to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for Site Leads, Site Supervisors, and frontline security staff, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for Line Level staff, Site Leads and Site Supervisors, with regular coaching to support professional development.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. Foster trust with both new and existing clients through ongoing communication, site visits, and rapid issue resolution.
  • Communicate and coordinate uniform, equipment, and vehicle needs with the Operations Specialist and Director of Operations to support ongoing operations, resolve site-level issues, and ensure readiness for new deployments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational or client-facing issues, resolving matters quickly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person communication.
  • Model Code 4’s values by maintaining a visible leadership presence, demonstrating professionalism, and upholding the company’s mission and standards.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 23 years of age to meet company auto insurance eligibility. Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have a clean driving record.

  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in management, operations, criminal justice, or a related business field. (Equivalent education may be considered in lieu of experience.)
  • Organizational Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in organization, strategic planning, and prioritization.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Proven ability to apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to complex situations.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
  • Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Operational Management: Proven capacity to effectively manage daily workflows and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, and budgeting tools.
