Job Description Purpose and Scope: Tasked with overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Your role is pivotal in aligning operations with the organization's objectives while maintaining a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple departments, including manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and facilities management. Implement best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures to optimize operational performance. Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and facilitate training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
