Job Description Purpose and Scope: Tasked with overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Leveraging your extensive experience and leadership skills, you lead a multifaceted team, implement strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across operational processes. Your role is pivotal in aligning operations with the organization's objectives while maintaining a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities: Supervise daily e-commerce fulfillment (pick, pack, ship) operations · Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time across all platforms · Monitor WMS performance, order status, and inventory accuracy · Enforce pallet diagrams, packing standards, and shipping procedures · Coordinate with carriers to meet cut-off times and resolve shipping issues · Train, coach, and hold warehouse associates accountable to KPIs · Track productivity, labor efficiency, and quality metrics · Investigate and resolve order errors, shortages, and damages · Support cycle counts and inventory audits · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Requirements 8+ years Supervision of associates 5+ years fulfillment/pick/pack/ship environment Hourly/Daily reporting experience Excellent verbal/written communication skills Intermediate level Excel and Word Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to problem solve Proven strong organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills BENEFITS Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid Time Off #ZR
