PHARMACY OPERATIONS MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

We’re seeking a hands-on Operations Manager with strong retail management and business operations experience to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and lead a passionate team. You will work closely with the General Manager and Retail Supervisor.

DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Bachelor in business, administration, management or equivalent or Bachelor of Pharmacy with management experience or HR, marketing, OH&S or AICD qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations and oversee team performance with a strong focus on retail excellence
  • Assist the General Manager with leading the organisation and uphold standards of excellence and morale
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver strong financial outcomes
  • Oversee stock control, merchandising, and supplier relationships
  • Support and develop personnel to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure effcient and safe workflow including troubleshooting issues such as IT failures, power outages, managing personnel absences or responding to complaints.
  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with pharmacy, health and workplace regulations. Maintain accurate records in accordance with PBS, privacy and QCPP standards
