We are hiring a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead the implementation and governance of enterprise-scale IT systems and digital infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating systems operations, optimizing service delivery processes, and managing compliance and risk across high-availability environments.
This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in overseeing multi-domain system landscapes, leading cross-functional technical teams, and managing critical operations under regulatory or SLA-bound conditions.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and long-term planning of enterprise IT systems, ensuring availability, security, and optimal performance across environments.
Lead strategic coordination across infrastructure, systems engineering, and application support teams to ensure unified service delivery and minimal downtime.
Implement governance frameworks, ITIL-based best practices, and compliance workflows related to systems operations, data handling, and digital audits.
Analyze operations metrics, system logs, and incident data to drive continuous improvement and proactive capacity planning.
Serve as point of escalation for incident management, root cause analysis, and interdepartmental coordination during critical system events.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external solution providers to execute digital transformation and modernization projects.
Ensure timely reporting of KPIs, SLA performance, and risk assessments to senior leadership through interactive dashboards and documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or systems governance in a high-demand digital environment.
Strong understanding of systems operations, incident management, cloud platforms, and infrastructure orchestration.
Familiarity with IT service frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO/IEC 20000.
Experience working in multi-stakeholder, compliance-sensitive environments involving data security and structured processes.
Strong command of technical documentation, team coordination, and service escalation protocols.
Proficient in tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent ITSM platforms.
Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders in multicultural and regional settings
