We are a dynamic and fast-paced last mile logistics company committed to operational excellence and exceptional delivery service. We’re seeking a strong and strategic Operations Manager to lead our Delivery Associate (DA) team and drive daily performance across key operational metrics.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As our Operations Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high-performance standards, and fostering a results-driven culture. You’ll manage and motivate a team of DAs, enforce operational discipline, and oversee all logistical aspects from load-out to delivery execution. • Lead daily DA load-outs, enforcing 20-minute dispatch windows
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings to energize and inform the team
• Monitor DAs on the road and provide real-time support as needed
• Interview, hire, and onboard new Delivery Associates
• Train DAs and develop the leadership bench within the team
• Oversee the weekly DA scheduling plan
• Track and oversee vehicle maintenance and compliance
• Drive strategic action plans to improve DA scorecard performance
• Manage DA timecard compliance and assist with payroll processing
• Develop and execute processes aimed at maximizing profitability and reaching company goals
• Monitor station chatrooms and provide timely responses
• Promote and enforce discipline, accountability, and performance standards
