JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing daily construction operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Coordinating with different teams (project, finance, HR, etc) for aligned execution.
  • Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Supervising contract reviews, procurement approvals, and payment authorizations.
  • Managing project handing over, dead line and ensuring the smooth delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum degree.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Demonstrating ability to lead teams, manage projects, and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and ensure smooth workflow across departments is crucial.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality assurance systems is typically required.
  • The ability to identify and resolve issues related to project progress, safety, and resource allocation.
  • Experience with project scheduling, conflict management, and vendor management is often sought after.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
