We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an operations or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in operations management is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations for installation and service teams
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate supply chain activities.
  • Support training initiatives for new employees regarding operational processes.
  • Address any operational issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
