Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the production of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of people, equipment, and materials necessary to achieve both daily and long-term production objectives. This candidate will also be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating material flow to support timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership, process oriented, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
