Operations Managers drive achieving positive store results and deliver amazing customer experiences by leading and executing efficient store operations for their store.
- Working with the Store Manager, embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and Brand ambassadors within your store
- Identifying operational opportunities and making commercial decisions that improve the customer experience and store results
- Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity, wage targets and operational efficiencies
- Help identify the teams development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement and performance to build our bench for future succession
- Planning and communicating targets to motivate the team to achieve goals
- Collaborate with the Store Manager & key business partners to lead and deliver visual and loss prevention standards
- Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading the team on how they can make life changing impact on our projects around the worl
