RESPONSIBILITIES OF OPERATIONS MANAGER:

  • Supervise and support administrative staff, including receptionist, executive assistants, and administrative assistants.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including reception duties, handling phone calls, and greeting visitors.
  • Oversee general office maintenance, supplies, and inventory.
  • Coordinate office logistics including space planning, office moves, and equipment management.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Manage office budget, vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for office services (cleaning, repairs, IT support, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
